About Edvent Tuitions
Edvent Tuitions is a tuition centre in Mankavu, Kozhikode, for students from Std 1 to 9. Some teachers are paid by the day and others by the month, on the centre's own salary cycle.

What they needed
The centre needed one place for what it tracks every day: who is in class, which fees are paid or due, and what each teacher is owed. It had to follow its own fee rates by course or by subject, and keep parents up to date on WhatsApp.

How they use it now
Teachers mark attendance on their phones, and the list of absent students is ready for the parents' WhatsApp group. Receipts go out on WhatsApp, pay is worked out from attendance, and the month's fees, payroll, expenses and net sit on one screen.
